LUFFA started the way many good things do: without too much of a plan. What began with self-hosted pool parties and spontaneous chance gigs gradually became something we wanted to take further. Somewhere along the way, playing together stopped being just something we did for fun and became our favourite way to share the thoughts, feelings and ideas occupying our minds.

Our music has grown alongside us, shaped by different influences, personalities and whatever life happens to throw our way. We write collaboratively, allowing everyone to leave their mark on the songs. The result is music that feels unmistakably like us: warm, honest, occasionally rough around the edges and always made to be shared.

At heart, we are musicians, songwriters and enthusiasts—but most importantly, we are a group of friends from Simmering, Vienna. Going through life without too much stress and seeing where we end up: that’s the spirit of LUFFA. We hope our songs can bring people together and make them feel part of the journey.
